Here are some examples of typical room prices (these vary based on each room's size and features):
7x10 - $150 12x16 - $320
7x12 - $180 15x20 - $335
12x12 - $280 12x24 - $340
12x30 - $380
Prices include heat, air conditioning, WiFi,
electricity and individual alarms for each room!
Please keep in mind the studios are for musicians' practice use only. No recording studios or producers.
$100 security deposit for each studio
